Customer Profile

The Meadowbrook School is a co-educational independent day school for students in grades K-8. Located on 29 acres in Weston, MA, the school community is comprised of 290 students and boasts a 7 to 1 student-teacher ratio. Campus includes a studio and performing arts complex, two gymnasiums, and a satellite sports facility.

Crunch Brand Communications, an integrated marketing communications company in Charlestown, MA, chose Reynolds DeWalt to produce this unique marketing piece.

The Challenge
The Meadowbrook School was looking to find a way to stand out in the K-8 market. The piece needed to showcase the school in a way which creates a lasting impression, while staying within budget constraints.

The Solution
The piece consists of a tightly registered embossed die cut sleeve containing 24 die cut cards with beautiful full color images on one side with the schools corresponding information on the other. The piece will be mailed and given to parents choosing a K-8 school for their children. Throughout the entire project, a Reynolds DeWalt Account Manager offered many suggestions to enhance the piece while staying within the school’s budget.

The consultation as well as Reynolds DeWalt’s overall quality and service are the reasons The Meadowbrook School and Crunch Brand Communications chose to partner with Reynolds DeWalt.

The Results
The unique design will set The Meadowbrook School apart from other private K-8’s and is expected to increase enrollment at the scholastically inventive K-8. The Meadowbrook School was very pleased with the outcome of the project and Crunch Brand Communications has submitted the piece to the 49th annual Hatch Awards, New England’s premier creative awards show.
