Reynolds DeWalt has been reaping the benefits of a Computer-to-Plate workflow since 1997. Our All Digital PDF Workflow is as sophisticated as it gets.

Clients who elect to receive a hard-copy proof will receive an HP imposition proof and an Epson "contract color proof." Taking advantage of recent advances in proofing technology, Reynolds DeWalt has initiated an interactive proofing & high-speed spectos analysis to assure the very closest proof to press match. Reynolds DeWalt is certified as a GRACoL G7 Master and we utilize these color standards for all projects.

For those clients wishing to save both time and money, Reynolds DeWalt is now offering remote proofing which allows you to review the file on our RIP, view color separations and make corrections and annotations which are transferred to Reynolds DeWalt automatically. In addition we offer contract color proofing using the Kodak Virtual MatchPrint system. We will provide a color-calibrated monitor and install software to allow you to evaluate color at your office and to collaborate with Reynolds DeWalt with a secure, easy-to-use graphical interface.

No matter what type of proof you request, you can be sure it will exactly match the plate; or more importantly, the printed sheet. The ability to accurately review proofs remotely, both text and color, and to annotate in a collaborative manner with verifiable reporting, is a terrific time saving benefit. Combine that with an easy to use method of uploading and downloading files from anywhere on the planet, and the convenience factor is hard to dismiss.

Digital Printing
Finished color pieces can be produced in hours instead of days, and with more personalized information than ever before! Digital color printing is continuing to grow at double-digit rates, and we are very excited to be able to offer our customers a comprehensive solution to their evolving print requirements. From short run time sensitive projects to complex variable documents with image personalization or dynamic charting and graphing, we can deliver a digital solution that will maximize your message. We utilize both the HP Indigo and Xerox iGen platforms to deliver quality output and handle projects of any scope.

Offset Printing
Our presses are truly state-of-the-art, and are the newest model available, the Heidelberg SpeedMaster 2000 Generation. They have every available option, and no expense was spared so that we would be able to produce top quality work in the most productive manner. Keeping up with our tradition of innovation, Reynolds DeWalt was one of the first production facilities in North America to introduce the UV CoCure Process, incorporating hybrid UV inks and UV coating.
